Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.)

1-3 DVDs ordered = $5.00
4-6 DVDs ordered = $10.00
7-15 DVDs ordered = $12.00
16-25 DVDs ordered = $16.00

Orders within the 50 U.S. States including Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail and takes between 2-3 business days.

Optional FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping:
Orders are usually packed and shipped the next business day, which means you will receive your DVD 2 business days after you place your order.

Rates will be calculated upon checkout depending on your ship location. For a single DVD, the additional cost for FedEx Standard Overnight will range between $8.00 - $18.00 depending on the state to which we will deliver.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Includes Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands

Orders will be sent via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail and will arrive within 6-10 business days.

You may choose to select FedEx International Economy Shipping:
Orders placed via FedEx International Economy will arrive within 3-7 business days.

Rates will be calculated upon checkout depending on the destination. For a single DVD, the additional cost for FedEx Standard Overnight will range between $37.00 - $72.00 depending on the country to which we will deliver.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from PraytheDevilBacktoHell.Com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Fork Films Refund Policy for Home DVDs

You may return new, unopened DVDs of "Pray the Devil Back to Hell" within 14 days from the day you receive it. The original packing slip and/or print out of the order confirmation email is required.

Please note that Fork Films cannot accept any returns for opened DVDs unless it is defective or was damaged in transit.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in most cases you'll receive the refund sooner). Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card you used for the purchase.

Exchanges for items that are defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, we will exchange the item at no additional cost.
